Two Men Arraigned in Drug Conspiracy

WORCESTER – Two men working out of an auto repair shop in Millbury have been charged with dealing oxycodone and other drugs, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

Edward K. Bolduc, 41, of 15 Rankin St., Worcester and Donald A. Mallett, 63, of 15 Blueberry Lane, Oxford were arrested Nov. 19 at D&D Auto Repair and arraigned in Worcester Central District Court on Nov. 20 before Judge David B. Locke.

Bolduc is charged with distribution of oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of Adderall with intent to distribute, possession of klonopin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate a drug law. Judge Locke set bail at $1,000 and continued the case to Jan. 14.

Mallett is charged with distribution of Adderall (subsequent offense), distribution of oxycodone (subsequent offense), possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), possession of klonopin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate a drug law.

Judge Locke set bail at $1,000 and continued the case to Jan. 14.

An investigation by the State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office led them to set up surveillance of the auto shop at 366 Greenwood St., Millbury. The State Police Gang Unit, State Police Violent Fugitive Arrest Squad and the Worcester High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area also worked on the investigation leading to the arrests.
