WORCESTER – A pair of Leicester men were indicted today for a four-month vandalism spree that spread graffiti on public and private property throughout the city, according to District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Danny Nguyen, 21, of 7 North Court, and Jesse Damielo, 20, of 155 Peter Salem Road, were each indicted on 126 counts of vandalism. The maximum penalty for each felony charge is three years in state prison.
The vandalism is alleged to have occurred between Sept. 1 and Dec. 28 of last year.
“Such widespread graffiti impacts the quality of life in the city,” Mr. Early said. “These indictments show that we take this matter seriously and that such vandalism will not be tolerated.”
The indictments move the cases to Worcester Superior Court. An arraignment date has not been set.
