Two Inmates Sentenced to Life for Prison Murder

WORCESTER – Two Souza-Baranowski inmates, found guilty of 2nd degree murder earlier this month by a Superior Court jury, were sentenced to life in prison today, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

Allan Erazo and Chad Connors were both sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years by Judge Brian A. Davis.

They were convicted in the August 2014 beating death of fellow inmate William Sires in a cell at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Facility. A third defendant in the murder, Michael Freeman, pleaded guilty to 1st degree murder last month and was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole.
