LEOMINSTER — Police arrested three men and seized drugs, weapons and cash as the result of a joint investigation into narcotics distribution in the Leominster area, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Based on the investigation, investigators applied for and received a search warrant for a residence at 1364 Elm St.
Police entered the residence on Friday and arrested brothers Brian and Kevin DeLeon and Nelson Randy. They also seized what is believed to be crack cocaine and heroin, two weapons, including an AK-47, and $5,000 in cash.
Kevin DeLeon, 25, was charged with trafficking in heroin and cocaine; Brian DeLeon, 23, with knowingly being present where heroin is kept; and Mr. Randy, 25, with conspiracy to violate the drug laws, possession of heroin and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition. All three men will be arraigned in Leominster District Court.
