Three Arrested on Cocaine, Ammunition Charges

WORCESTER — Three people were charged with dealing cocaine, conspiracy and illegal possession of ammunition following a raid Tuesday morning by State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s office and Worcester Police, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

State Police Detectives, a State Police K9 unit and members of the WPD Vice Squad executed a search warrant at 7:54 a.m., Tuesday, at 23 Chandler St., Apt. 3, and arrested Luis M. Gutierrez, 25, his brother Luis J. Gutierrez, 22, and Luis M.’s girlfriend, Tasha Diaz, 25.

In their search of the apartment police found what appeared to be powder cocaine and crack cocaine, packaging materials, a digital scale, cash and 13 9mm rounds of ammunition.

The Gutierrez brothers and Ms.Diaz, who all resided in the apartment, were arraigned Tuesday in Central District Court and their cases were continued to Dec. 1.
