WORCESTER — Yesterday, a Worcester County Superior Court judge sentenced Colton Paszkowski, 27, of Millbury, to 8-10 years in prison for raping a 15-year-old girl, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr.

On August 15, 2025, following a two-day trial, a Worcester County Superior Court jury found Mr. Paszkowski guilty of six counts of rape of a child and not guilty of one count of witness intimidation.

Judge William Ritter sentenced Mr. Paszkowski to three sentences of 8-10 years in prison, to run concurrently, and three years of probation from and after the prison sentences.

The rapes occurred in 2021 in the towns of Northbridge, Millbury, and Sutton. Mr. Paszkowski was arrested and charged in December 2021 and indicted in Worcester Superior Court in March 2023.

“I want to thank Assistant District Attorney Mark McShera and Victim Witness Advocate Taylor Picard for their good work throughout this case,” said Mr. Early. “I also want to acknowledge the Northbridge, Millbury, and Sutton Police Departments for their excellent collaborative investigation on this case.”
