Man Sentenced to 19-20 Years for Manslaughter

​WORCESTER – A Worcester man pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the December 2013 killing of a woman in Worcester, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

​Dominic Jackson, 38, whose last known address was 19 King St., Apt. 6, Worcester, was sentenced to 19 to 20 years in state prison by Judge James G. Reardon Jr.

​Mr. Jackson contacted Worcester Police on December 4, 2013 to say that he knew the location of a dead woman. With Mr. Jackson’s help police were able to find the body of a 20-year-old female near 60 Suffolk St. in Worcester. Further investigation led to the arrest of Mr. Jackson.

​Assistant District Attorneys John Melander and Donna Marie Haran prosecuted the case.
