WORCESTER – A Superior Court jury today found a former Leicester man guilty on all six gun-related charges, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

Vincent A. Tiscione III, 27, was found guilty of possession of a rifle/shotgun without an FID card; two counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card; possession of ammunition without an FID card; and two counts of failure to secure a firearm. Assistant District Attorney Tim Westerman prosecuted the case.

Tiscione, who is serving a prison term on an unrelated conviction, is considered a career criminal and faces enhanced penalties for these convictions. Judge Daniel M. Wrenn set Jan. 8 for the subsequent trial on the enhancements and sentencing.
