LANCASTER – A Lancaster man was arrested on two outstanding warrants today when local police arrived at his home to find a 1-year-old sitting in a highchair in an otherwise empty house, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Robert Pescosolido, 32, of 30 South Meadow Road was arrested on two outstanding warrants. The underlying charges were for assault, destruction of property, driving after license suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He is being held for arraignment tomorrow in Clinton District Court.
Pescosolido had argued early this morning with Jennifer Vail, 29, of the same address. Ms. Vail left the home with their 4-year-old son. Pescosolido and their 1-year-old daughter were still at home. Police responding to a 911 call found just the baby at home.
Eventually Vail was found in Boxborough with her son and Pescosolido was found near the home. The Department of Children and Families was notified.
